Steps to order railing and balustrade:
1, contact us with related railing project information, it's better if you have project drawing. We will check and provide our recommendation accordinlgy, choose your wanted style.
2, we quote the railing price according to measurement and material.
3, we provide designed drawing for railing and balustrade with material and size details after price confirmed. Most is pdf version made by Auto CAD, if needed, we can also provide 3D drawing.
4, after clients confirmed final drawing for the railing and balustrade, we start to produce against deposit payment.
5, we pack railing and arrange shipment.
6, railing and balustrade delivered to job site, clients install as per our install guidance.
Q: How can you ensure the railing could be installed on site correctly?
A: We will send the shop drawing with details, and produce strictly follow your confirmed shop drawings.
Q: How can you guarantee to avoid damages during the delivery?
A: All the packages for railing and balustrade are packed with standard exporting plywood boxes and carton. Completely stronger enough to deliver in containers.
Q: Does the railing need a big space in the container?
A: Balustrade are packed and delivered by seperate parts in boxes. It will not require too much space in the container.
Q: What do you need from us to start the order?
A: All the sizes are customized for our clients. We have to get your building mearsurements where the railing will be installed. It's the best to offer us your building drawing in hand if possible.
